Terms & Conditions

The following conditions govern access to and use of the "I'm Attending" web platform. The platform is run by TenSeven UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based at Tannenstr. 10a, 85764 Oberschleißheim, Germany (referred to below as "we" or the "Operator").

I'm Attending is a browser-based product that lets event hosts (the "Organizer") set up branded attendee visuals — for example "I'm Attending" or "Meet Me At" cards. Attendees can later open the public event link, drop in their own photo and download a personalized graphic to share.

Organizer features are only accessible after creating an account. The information supplied during sign-up must be truthful and kept current. Account holders are expected to keep their credentials private and are responsible for any activity performed under their login.

The "Event" plan costs €79 (incl. VAT where applicable) as a single payment and supports up to 250 attendees. The "Conference" plan costs €349 (incl. VAT where applicable), also as a one-time payment, and covers up to 1,500 attendees. Checkout is handled through Stripe; once the transaction clears, the event goes live for attendees. Neither plan is a subscription — nothing recurs. The "Custom Service" package at €1,599 is reserved for tailored work such as bespoke design, a custom domain, removing the attendee cap and dedicated campaign support. Billing for this package is done through an individual invoice issued by the Operator, with payment terms stated on that invoice.

Consumers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period without justification. By completing checkout, however, you explicitly request that the digital service begin immediately, and you accept that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been delivered in full (§ 356 (5) BGB).

Anything an Organizer uploads — graphics, logos, brand assets and similar material — remains the Organizer's responsibility. By uploading, the Organizer confirms they hold all rights required to use, share and distribute that material. The Operator does not assert ownership over user-supplied content.

All processing of personal data follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Attendee selfies are rendered directly inside the browser and are not retained on our infrastructure. Further detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the platform continuously reachable but cannot promise zero downtime. Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence; this limitation does not apply to harm caused to life, body or health.

Accounts can be removed at any moment from the Profile page. Once a deletion is triggered, every linked record — events, drafts and profile details — is wiped permanently.

German federal law governs this agreement. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, mandatory protections of their country of residence still apply. For disputes involving merchants, the competent venue is Munich, Germany.

We may revise this document from time to time. Substantive updates are communicated to registered users; continuing to use the platform after such notice counts as acceptance of the new version.
